Doing volunteer trash pickup organized by company. Same company organized grass spray treatment recently before and the warning signs are still in the grass to "not touch." We didn't see the signs until the very end. No one will explain what was sprayed when asked if we should be concerned.
Not sure what to do, but given myself and a number of co-workers already have life-long medical issues, we don't want any additional surprises.
Is this a sort of "Not as big a deal as you think" thing or should I be demanding to know what we were all rooting around in that morning and go from there? We only had one-time use neoprene/latex gloves that immediately were shredded and useless as PPE.
Obvious answer being, don't schedule these things back to back for the future.
I had the potential thought of "well they might have just forgotten to pick up the signs" but then they were gone the next day.
