I know, it's the same ole "which one is better" post but I'm truly stumped. I'm assuming +4 to shock skills (ball lightning build) but that 125 to all stats is a nice boost.

LED bulb behavior
This morning at 0'dark 30, I walked into my kitchen to see the powered off LED bulb pulsing on and off (nowhere near full brightness) the switches were off (two switches control the fixture) but it was obviously getting power.
Is this something I should be concerned about, as in "something wrong with the wiring and immediate danger" to the house, or "eh it's an easy if l fix that can be applied when there is time"?
