Can you guys recommend any Father’s Day gift ideas?

I need to know exactly what I can use the SSI disability money for in my daughter’s retro account. The money has built up to $3000. When I went to the SSI office they told me that I can use them for educational purposes medical when we initially started receiving it when I went back to the SSi office they notice that the balance was about $2600 because we haven’t used it because there’s no medical emergency or anything that appeared and then they said we should go ahead and use it and not let it build up as long as we’re buying something for educational purposes or even bills. Can someone explain to me exactly what the retro money can be used for or else it’s just gonna sit into the account because no major emergencies are happening.
