We are diaspora Armenians.

I (female) have acquired my Armenian citizenship this year and I want my brother to also have his Armenian passport.

He is 23 years old, and he will automatically become responsible for serving in the military.

However, he (as well as our grandparents and parents) lived all his life abroad. He does not speak Armenian, he has a huge ADHD and he is actually gay.

We think that these factors would cause him huge difficulties after acquiring the citizenship.

Is there something we can do without having to go through this military thing?

We have also considered the Special Residency Status, but we want to try the citizenship route before anything.

I am half Armenian half Pontic Greek from Turkey. I volunteered in Sweden for two months, where three Turkish volunteers repeatedly harassed and abused me. As a result, I left the organization and returned to Turkey.

After I left, they spread false claims about me, alleging that I was problematic, violent, and a security risk. When I informed the coordinator that I was considering legal action because she had failed to protect me, she sided with them and repeated these accusations to the authorities.

She has no evidence to support these claims. In contrast, I have around ten written testimonials confirming that these allegations do not reflect reality.

I don't know how the legal procedures go in Sweden, and I am financially unable to provide myself a lawyer in Sweden, and I am not in Sweden anymore :(

Is there anything that you could recommend me? They are happily there in Sweden after harassing me so much, and I also realised that they were only there under the name of "volunteering" to immigrate to Europe while I was really, genuinely interested in participating in a project and going back.

My father's father and my mother's father's father were Korean war veterans and I have documents and medals. I speak A2 Korean. Also, my mother was the champion Taekwondo fighter in Turkey. Also, my childhood hero was Dae Janggeum (I am a man). I feel a special call for Korea but I don't know how. Can you guide me? I have heard that only less than 1% of Korean veteran descendants have 2 Korean veterans in their family trees.

The sad thing is, I learnt Japanese as a second language when I was a child and I feel no connection to Japan. (My Japanese is N3).

I have been sharing the utmost niche content which is my archival work that no one else in my country is able to do other than me. I have been on Instagram for like 17 days and I've got millions of views and 5k followers, but during these 17 days, Meta has suspended my account for like 5-6 times and my account was open for only like 4-5 days in total. And finally, I've got permabanned for "fradulous" reasons, but I have never taken anyone's money. And what I am doing was completely legal.

This was my only account, and once it got deactivated, I created another account which got 10k views and 40 followers within an hour and I thought I could start over with this, and it suddenly got suspended too and they do not activate it either.

I really want both of these accounts, I have done nothing wrong. There have been people who stole my video which has my face and voice totally, and literally my work. And they do not get banned despite how many times I have reported them, but I am perma banned?

I am feeling so sad and in despair.

I am a Turkish Armenian who can read Ottoman Turkish archival records. Over the years, I have used these skills to help people trace Armenian and Greek ancestors who appear in Ottoman documents and civil records. Many people in Turkey are genuinely interested in learning more about their family histories and ancestral origins.

I used to share this archival and genealogical work on Instagram, but my account was permanently banned after my content was mistakenly flagged as fraudulent. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach any meaningful form of support or appeal through Instagram.

My work has never been about self-promotion or exploiting people financially. My goal has always been to preserve historical knowledge, help individuals better understand their family backgrounds through legally accessible archival sources, and encourage greater interest in Ottoman archival research.

I am sharing this here in the hope that someone may have advice on how to contact Instagram/Meta support or recover an account that appears to have been wrongfully banned.

I am a Turkish citizen from Trabzon and I have always had huge sympathy for Georgians and I know for a fact that I am an assimilated Kartvelian, and before that, Trabzon was assimilated to be Greek. Now we have a Greek heritage and people admit it, but nobody admits that we have a Kartvelian heritage too, although we look like no other race than Kartvelians and behave exactly like Kartvelians culturally. I have even started to learn Georgian out of respect for how Georgia is the only country that preserves our ancient culture.

But I realised that I have not met any real Georgian speaking Georgians at all in my entire life (although we have so many people all across Turkey who admit being ethnically Georgian but they only speak Turkish as Turkey citizens so they are not from the mainland), so I don't know what type of opinions you have upon us.

I got my Armenian citizenship but my brother has not applied yet bc he is a male. We are originally from Western Armenia and we have trkish citizenship. We had friends back in Western Armenia that the government of trkey got them exempt from the military conscription just because they were gay and stuff. Is this also possible in Armenia?
