I’m developing an asynchronous multiplayer rally management game for mobile
Hello everyone,
Here’s a small presentation of the game I’m currently developing: Pitlane Manager Rally.
It’s kind of a small dream project for me, haha.
To follow the development and support the project:

⚠️ Game currently in development — open beta coming soon.
The game will be available in French, English and Spanish, with local currencies (€ / £ / $). Some parts of the interface are still only available in French for now.
You don’t drive. You manage.
Pitlane Manager Rally is an asynchronous multiplayer rally team management game for mobile. You manage everything: the car, budget, sponsors, driver, co-driver, repairs, setup changes and the decisions made during stages.
The game runs on a weekly schedule:
Monday → Thursday: team preparation
Friday: shakedown and setup work
Saturday: SS1 + SS2
Sunday: SS3 + final results
You compete against real players, but everyone launches their stages whenever they want within a time window. Stage times appear live throughout the weekend and the standings constantly evolve.
During stages, you follow your car on real GPS rally roads. Weather changes, punctures, pacenote mistakes, mechanical problems… you must make the right decisions under pressure.
Everyone starts in Regional. The top 4 players get promoted, while the bottom 4 are relegated. Regional → National → WRC2 → WRC. The higher you climb, the harder the rallies become, with more demanding sponsors and deeper management systems. The game is heavily focused on competition, progression and simulation.
The Regional category currently includes 49 real GPS stages across France and Spain. National is currently in development, alongside the United Kingdom, WRC2 and WRC categories.
I’d genuinely love honest feedback about the concept. Do you think a rally management game like this could actually work?
I’ll soon start bringing in testers to get feedback on the gameplay, pacing and overall balance of the game.
