Generac worth it?

We are building a house in an area that we seem to lose power a fair amount due to storms (about 6 days of no power in the last 2 months). The family member we are living with during our build has a generator that has to be manually pulled out and hooked up. We are looking into a generac system, or something similar. Obviously it comes with a high price tag, but we feel it would be well used and nice to have with kids and living so rural where we may be trapped in for days due to floods or trees down or snow. Would you do a fully automated system or just a regular generator and pull it out when you need it?

Rewards “Drop”

Ofc the website crashed immediately. The comments are a mix of excitement and “Wow LS you’re the best!” And disappointment. It feels like people have weirdly strong feelings both ways

The comments are not it

Too many people are comfortable saying “this is why I hide it from my husband!” And “what he doesn’t know won’t hurt him!” Ew

Owlet App Sucks?

We’ve been using the owlet sock for almost a year with no issues. Due to some recent health concerns, we got an owlet cam to be able to record what was happening overnight with my baby. We’ve been using it for almost 3 months and I want to rip my hair out. It records clips, but I can never play them back. Even if I save them to my phone, it won’t play. WHATTTT am I doing wrong? We pay for owlet 360, we have WiFi, I’ve tried all the things. Is it just me?

If you’re in this group, 10/10 I love you.

And the way all these moms are defending her and saying “well I post my children like that too!” Is disgusting. Love, a fellow mama of a medically complex babe💙
