Hi everyone, I’m looking for a psychiatrist who can evaluate me for ADHD, most likely the inattentive type.

I’ve been dealing with chronic procrastination and inability to focus since around 8th grade. My academic performance has fallen to its lowest point after finishing my second semester, and it’s becoming hard to manage daily life and studies.

I also have a seizure disorder, so I’d prefer someone who is careful with diagnosis and treatment planning. I’m around 200 km from Pune city, so I’m open to both in-person visits and online consultations.

If you know a psychiatrist in Pune or anywhere in India who is experienced with adult ADHD assessments, especially for inattentive symptoms, I’d really appreciate any recommendations, contact details, or advice on what to expect during the evaluation.
