Cyst ruptures

Hello! I'm on month 4 of being on glp-1. I'm not losing weight crazy fast (this is intentional because I can't increase past the 1mg dose due to sever side effects). Since the beginning of February, I've lost just under 20lbs. I've also had the mirena implant for about a year to help with severe prolonged bleeding.

In the last month, I've noticed that at least once to twice a week, I experience cyst ruptures/ bursts. The pain level and duration varies each time but it's always all the usual symptoms- pain on one side, nausea, spotting, bloating, etc. Has anyone else experienced this happening often while on glp-1 medications? If so, what's your go-to for easing the pain?

How isn't there a class action for the missing refunds yet?

I ordered produce to be delivered yesterday. First they broke up the delivery into 7 bags, which was wasteful considering each bag had 2-4 small items in it and they weren't even sorted by type of food. On top of that, only 6 out of 7 of the bags got delivered. This was very visible in the delivery image. Reached out to support (spoke to a live agent), got a refund, lo and behold- the refund didn't go through to my prime cc and the receipt was never adjusted. They did send me an email confirming the refund though. At least I have proof to do a chargeback on my card but this is such a waste of time. I know too many people who don't check their transactions regularly (my elderly parents being a prime example) and it's so easy to miss a refund not hitting your account.

That being said, looking through some Amazon related reddit groups, it seems like almost every other post is about these refunds never hitting accounts without significant effort on the buyer's part. How is there no class action about this yet? How has this been going on for so long? Amazon has officially lost my family as buyers. If I wanted to gamble I'd hit a casino, not shop on Amz.

Do I call it quits?

I just started month 4 and took my first 1.5 dose (confirmed that it was properly administered). I have been miserable and unable to function since the injection on Saturday. The nausea, vomiting, headaches, lethargy, heartburn... I haven't been able to stay awake in days. Every moment that I'm not sleeping is agony. I live alone and have pets. I can't call off work and put my life on hold if this keeps happening weekly. I'm force feeding myself crackers, bine broth and water because nothing stays down and I have no appetite. Does it get better or do I call it quits? What were your experiences? Any recommendations that helped you get through it would be appreciated.

I have not experienced any side effects aside from mild lethargy right after the injection in the last 3 months. I was so hopeful because the last few months have been like a dream for me. I started feeling good, being more active and aware of my food intake. While I haven't lost a ton of weight in the first 3 months, the scale has been moving and making me happy. Now it feels like I have no choice but to give up. 😭
