Best move forward?

There was a listing for a card that was a lot cheaper than other listings due to the condition being poor. A picture was attached and found the card good enough for a binder.

When I put it in my cart, I noticed the shipping was almost 10EUR. This seller is in the same country as me so decided to message them to see if maybe we could figure something out.

This was a new seller so I suggested and asked if they would be ok sending the card via letter (around 1,65EUR) instead and refunding me the difference. They said ok and that they will send the receipt of the shipping once they send it. They agreed to go the cheaper route with me.

I get a message back with the receipt. Instead of going with a cheaper option (there are multiple options ranging from 1,50 to 4,50EUR) they instead went with a tracked priority letter that needs signing when delivered. This costs nearly 9EUR.

I messaged them back that this was not what we agreed on and asked why they picked that one and got the answer "it's to prevent scamming". I answered saying it still isn't what we agreed on and that the shipment they picked also required me to be home to sign which isn't possible due to working through the week.

Did not receive a response and the next day the card arrived. Luckily my sibling wasn't at school and was able to accept the letter. The envelope was folded and the card was only in a single sleeve inside the envelope. Luckily the card wasn't bent despite this.

I am frankly not happy with how things turned out but unsure how to continue. I want to request a partial refund but how much would be fair for both parties? The card did end up with me so the price of the card should remain unaffected. I paid 25EUR in total, card was 15EUR. Would I be an asshole asking for a 5EUR refund?

Cheap t-shirt printing?

Been struggling to find ways to get t-shirts with fun prints on them that aren't 30+EUR. Would love to have some shirts with video game stuff on them and want to look into printing.

Anyone have any experience with this? Are there any good websites/shops that offer custom prints that end up being cheaper than buying from online shops?

I can also get plain shirts for like 3eur a piece and can provide the art myself. But idk if there are any shops where you can just walk in, provide the shirts and just pay for the printing.

Edit: Ty all for the replies! Might try a local makerslab to see how hard it is as I do want to try printing myself! Got a ton of art I made and commissioned to put on shirts and some suggestions really caught my eye!

Brave closing when playing next yt video in queue

I often have a YouTube video queue lined up when working. Today, however, brave keeps closing itself when a video finishes. I then need to reopen the browser, restore tabs, and manually switch to the next video in the queue.

I am on the newest version of the browser and would prefer not having to go shields down, as youtube ads are getting immensely bad (I should not have to wait two minutes before being allowed to skip!). Anything I can do to fix this?

First time posting here! I am a teacher, and my school is discussing buying Chromebooks for our students. I have never used a Chromebook before or any device with ChromeOS installed, so I was doing some research. Saw a couple of links talking about a ChromeOS simulator where you can explore the operating system natively on your own device without needing to install anything, but all the links talking about it now lead to a Google pixel page...

Is there a way for users to explore this OS without owning a google device or installing a VM? A lot of my collegeages are on the older side so I would prefer a simulator where they don't have to install anything in order to learn the basics. Does a simulator still exist somewhere?

(Apologies for any mistakes, none native english speaker here!)
