My favorite daily drinking coffee so far is Bolivian Caranavi (about $ 9 a pound) and my favorite specialty coffee is Maui Red Catuai. Curious what coffee beans other people like roasting.
I’m driving in Madison, WI, a pretty busy state capital and major college city. I’ve seen the percentage fluctuate lately between 60% and the highest of this last week’s 70%. I’m curious what other drivers are experiencing in other U.S. markets.
I was diagnosed with diabetes in February 2025. At that time I weighed 225. My A1C was 6.6. Doctor prescribed Mounjaro. My dosage went as high as 10mg. Now, July 2026, my weight fluctuates between 158-162. My A1C at most recent check was 5.0, below pre-diabetic range. Dosage now is 5.0. I definitely feel better. I average walking over 10,000 steps per day and I lift weights every other day.
