I'm 18 years old and I'm looking for a therapist for my mother. She has been through a lot in her life. Grief, abuse, etc. I talked to my brothers about it but they think I'm being superfluous and paranoid to worry too much. I really just want her to get better. Please reply if there's a psychologist who can help.

I don't understand why i am still alive anymore. I wish i could just end it all but there are no tall buildings near where i live, no pool or lakes, i don't have a gun and not even a fucking gun. I'm thinking of jumping in front of a truck on highway and hoping it would work or I'll be in so much trouble. How do people do this anyway? How can they live with all the suffering and noise? I'm not strong enough or smart enough to live in this world. I just want to die
