So my cat breathes like this sometimes and idk if I should be worried. She’s purring and half asleep

So my kitten, roughly 3 months old, has trouble using the litter box. He’ll pee right next to the boxes and poo under tables, we have 2 older girls who use the box fine so it’s nothing wrong with the boxes themselves. he uses the box like 60% of the time. I’m wondering if he’s a little confused as we have potty pads under the boxes and my senior dog uses potty pads exclusively so he’s seeing him use them and seeing how he pees, idk how likely that is tho. I have 4 litter boxes and 3 cats so there’s more then enough boxes and every box gets cleaned every day bc if I don’t then the girls start pooing and peeing outside of the boxes as well. Idk what to do, I’m hoping this isn’t the start of him spraying as he’s not neutered yet and won’t be for a little bit.

So my cat got outside for just a few hours and we found her in our garage but she’s not spayed yet as she’s only about 3 or 4 months old. Idk how likely it is that she’s pregnant but she darts out any chance she gets and just meows at the door

What even does this mean?

They’re sisters from the same litter but look kinda different idk what kinda cat they are

So I finally have the money to upgrade my mouse cage again! What would yall recommend? The one I have rn falls apart every time I clean it so I need something sturdier
