The most powerful real-world superpower

The closest thing to a superpower you can have in the real world is being "morally corrupt". Think about it, if you are ok with lying, cheating, sabotaging or even killing then you would have a huge leg up on the majority of society that subjects themselves to morality. This is why business leaders and politicians are so often called "sociopaths". They do anything they can to win and they get rewarded for it. This is just an observation and not an endorsement, but if you think about the most powerful and influential people in the world that is what they have in common.

What is your favorite fabrication trick you use every day?

I'll go first

  1. When you tack something together and the two pieces are slightly separated for some reason reheat the tack and hit it with a hammer while the tack is still red hot and it will close the gap.

Hidden graffiti gem

My favorite piece in the city on the backside of a building at Hill and 9th. Thought I would share because I don't think many people have seen it. Anybody know the artist? I'm horrible at deciphering these things.

Burnies insight

Like most listeners of MS I have been listening to Burnie talk for 13-14 years on different podcasts. To me he is one of the most insightful, level headed and funny people I've ever watched or listened to. That's why we keep coming back. OG RTP listeners will remember his message to the audience after the Boston Marathon bombing. I was 14 when I heard him give that message and It has stuck with me ever since. Especially today not many people/podcasters have the insight, maturity or even verbal IQ to use their words in such an effective way. Burnie does. I know many people listen to MS to escape the chaos of the world even if it is just for 30 minutes a day, that is extremely valuable and Burnie and Ashley do a great job at providing that. In order to provide that they have to hold back on certain subjects to avoid getting too political which is fine, I know politics is not what RT does and never will. It's not their brand. This may be unpopular but especially in today's chaos I would love to hear a more serious message from Burnie on whatever his ideas about this chaos may be. From what I can tell his politics are straight down the middle , very nuanced and non tribal. That is the kind of person I need to hear from right now. Because when Burnie speaks I listen.
