Found skull

I found this skull in a creek. It's missing the teeth. I'm wondering what type of skull it is :)

Also, should I leave it as is, or should I try to clean it? Thanks for the helP!!

Question about state aid

Hi! I did my first year of community college this year.

I applied to the same college, but I ended up having to move. I was granted $6000 dollars in a state grant for this college.

Would I be able to go to my previous school and utilize this grant? I figure not, since I'm in a different state now. But I'm not able to get any state aid in my new state because I've only been her e month.

I appreciate the help!! (I did ask my college, but they're on vacation right now).

Hurt Grackle

I am in Cambria County PA

My dad found this grackle outside. I've placed him into a cardboard box with a towel over him. He is still alive. His claws are moving, and he has been moving his head around. He's on his back right now, and it seems like he can't stnd up.

I don't know what happened, but I assume he flew into the window.

Is the grackle going to be okay? I live in a palce where there are not a lot of wildlife resuce centerss/ they are very far away.

Thank you for the help!!!

Should I seek therapy

Hi! I'm wondering how you know when you should talk to someone? Because I have been feeling weird and off for some time. And even though I have a lot of good things in my life (I watch birds, play music, write, go outside, I am in college), I still feel wrong.

I have been feeling like this especially since I graduated high school. I had my first job last year, but it was hmm... And now I am afraid to have another job. I feel just unenthralled with stuff.

I am just worried that I wouldnt know how to articulate myself. it feels like I am throwing darts at a wall to guess my internal state lawl. Also, I have social anxiety, which I take medication for. but I am not overly concerned with this.

Are these things that I can/ should have help with? Or should I keep living life? Thanks for the advice!!! sorry for the long-windedness 🦜🦜🦜

Can I use my insurance in a new state

hey everyone. I just moved to a different state, but I have my parent's health insurance. Will I be able to use it in my new state? I'm looking to get a new psychiatrist for my medication and to get a therapist.

If I get a a therapist (online), does it have to be in my new or old state? Thank you for the help!!!!! I am extremely clueless about these things.

I have Cigna by the way

Question about volunteering

Hello everybody! I hope that it's okay to ask this question.

I was wondering if anyone has experience in volunteering with birds. I have seen postings for volunteer surveying and bird banding, where you spend the summer doing this.

Can someone explain to me their experience with something like this, adn what did you like or dislike about it. How much experience should you have going into something like this?I am less concerned with it being a paid opportunity, since I am very fortunate to have a supportive family.

I'm sorry if these are silly questions, but I really appreciate it!

Hey everyone! I'm making my firt foam base, and it's going well. However, I am doing a lot of sculpting with scissors. I have found that this really hurts my wrist (and I'd rather not use a knife since I sliced my finger el oh el)

ANYWAY. I was wondering if anyone has experience with spring loaded scissors? Do they cut foam well (i am mostly concerned with small cuts made whens cultping)-- and do they genunely prevent pain? Ty!!

Hi, everyone! I'm going to be making my first ever fursuit head. I'm getting the supplies tomorrow, and I have watched several videos / checked out several picture tutorials on creating a head.

I am scared becasue of how much stuff goes into this, but I feel it's going to be worth it.

That said, I'm wondering if anyone has some advice or common mistakes to avoid?

Other than that, I'm wondering:

When you do the duct tape pattern, do you put the duct tape directly on the foam? How likely is it that the tape is going to stick to the foam?

Also, I was confused about the 'follow-me' eyes. I was wondering if someone could explain to me how they make those and how they incorporate them.

Thanks!! : D
