So I'm trying to learn reststroke technique but I have no control over the string as compared to my other technique(I call it freestroke maybe I'm wrong), in which I have my palm and thumb available for string controlling
uploaded this riff yesterday, I got to know about few missing notes , listened to the orginal riff closely and added few extra notes , now this feels like a improved version compared to the previous one . Do let me know how u feel about it !!
I want to upload this on insta and this is 100% original but I increased the gain a little bit on bandlab that's it , does it look fake?? pls let me know , I will decrease the gain if that's the case
I want to start learning intervals , does anyone have genuine advice as how to approach and what should I expect after finishing learning intervals?
and any good source to learn them for free!!
P. S. - I know scales, triads etc prior to these
I improvised a bit on layla unplugged and I am willing to upload this little piece (after playing it clean) but I don't want to embarrass myself on Instagram , so I want verification from my fellow guitarist on reddit.. pls let me know🙏
p. s. - I know it's very sloppy now
any advice to nullify the sound of nails , and also am I eligible to blame the instrument and claim that a good guitar will improve my playing ?
since I couldn't upload the full on YouTube, so here it is on reddit. Do let me know how it is and also I'm relatively newer to guitar solo stuff.
I know playing is kinda sloppy , it's just one take and also it is a very old cheap acoustic (that's the only guitar I have) but I would like to know from u people if my bending etc are good enough. and open to any kind of suggestions as well
