I'm wondering if it's easier to get a job in other EU countries, like Netherlands. Is it even worth coming to Switzerland nowadays? I feel encouraged because of the results of the last referendum. I'm looking for a better place to live than nl and for a long time I was convinced that Switzerland is the one, but now I have doubts.

Isn't it hard to get a job while competing against former ETH/EPFL students? Or they don't stay in Switzerland after their graduation?

I'm a TU/e student. I wonder if my GPA matters in any way in terms of applying to Master's in quantum/CSE.

Hi, I'm currently doing my first year of bachelor in computer science. I need to choose electives and decide where to get my master's degree.

What's the job market like? I feel like I'm interested in everything, so I really value the employment opportunities in my decision making. Is quantum computing worth it? Is it mainly work in research? What about AI - won't there be too many people specialized in it? Crypto? Cybersecurity? For now, they all look the same to me.

I’m a CS bachelor’s student at TU/e in Eindhoven considering applying to EPFL’s CS Master’s.

I need to choose electives. For admissions, is it better to take easier courses to maximize GPA, or harder/relevant ones like Cryptology or Quantum Computing? Do they care?

Also, is applying realistic with an 8.0/10 Dutch GPA if the rest of the application is solid?
