anyone here autistic?

I was just wondering, I have ASD and ADHD, and while vegan my burn out was really extreme and prolonged and my autistic traits became more enhanced (like sensory/stimming/eye contact etc). I was wondering if others felt the same, because I've noticed it a lot online. I had the same kind of pattern as other vegan autistic people or especially women (I'm female), the severe burn out, heightened emotional states, paranoia, severe depression, hatred towards humans and putting animals above all else, associating meat products with human anatomy or cannibalism, anti natalism, vystopia etc. When I was vegan, I noticed a lot of cult-like vegans mentioned they were autistic, and in the autistic subs, I see the same vegan nonsense propaganda spewed and the same kind of hatred and downvoting to ex vegans who shared their stories. I was wondering if there was some link, the only thing I can think of is that certain health conditions like malnutrition probably exacerbate burn out and mental health illness in already sensitive neurodivergent individuals. I also wonder just how many unsuspecting autistic adults are suffering with their health and mental health, burn out etc. since going vegan and never think to link it. Just wondering if anyone else around here who is autistic or ND (neurodivergent) and noticed this as well?

my ancestry DNA traits 🤭

I sent in my DNA for ancestry + traits, and these are some of my traits that are true. It's just for fun I think, some of them were wrong, but it's eerie how these ones came up true

Did you always know there was something different about you?

Before your diagnosis or self discovery etc., did you always know there was something fundamentally and deeply different or "wrong" about you? But you just never knew what it was? Personally I always knew there was something, and I've searched and wondered about it my entire childhood and life, and also about my dad. I didn't find out for sure until a year ago when I was 36, but I suspected it a few years before that when I learned about the female type and masking.
