What entities have you encountered at different ranks?

Could the outward appearance of astral entities reflect the psychic state of the observer? Their size, shape, color, body and facial symmetry etc.?

Has anyone ever encountered short grey entities (not alien Greys) in relation to the moon, specifically its dark side?

I’m not a practicing occultist, just a researcher. It’s my understanding that entities appear as our minds are conditioned to see them, and their outward appearance consist of symbolic elements reflecting our inner lives. Is this correct? If so, could you provide specific examples? Thank you.
