Resigned 3.5 months into a Job

Hey Redditors,

I am a Supply Chain Graduate with a Master in Engineering Science (M.Eng.Sc) degree in SCM. I graduated 13 months ago. After 8 long months of Job search, i landed a Job in a company. I started experiencing unprofessional behavior in the first month itself.

I stayed for 3.5 months through the repetitive manual data entry work, severe anxiety, and a toxic work culture. I also had signed a 2 year bond. Then i made the decision to resign. I resigned without serving the notice period of 30 days, since i was breaking the bond and they wouldn't pay my notice period salary.

Since i resigned, they haven't contacted me about buyout or bond amount. They didn't even acknowledge that i resigned until i sent them a follow up to my resignation.

Current situation, I'm applying to other jobs, I have no experience/relieving letter, and I desperately need a job.

I'm currently listing this employment under the experience section because it's the only experience that I have. Should i keep it there, or go into the job market again as a fresher, saying that the 3.5 month stint was just a trainee job ?

I gained good experience in ERP and SCM from there, and EPFO records show this employment.

I'd really appreciate your feedbacks.

I gained ERP and SCM experience from there, and since I LIVE IN INDIA, EPFO records reflect this employment too.

I'd really appreciate your feedback.

Moving to Germany on an Unskilled Worker Visa to find skilled Jobs

Hello Redditors,

I'm Indian, and i really want out of India. And no, I'm not a nation hater or anything, but the way things are going in India, it's best not to stay here. It's not very safe here.

I have a Masters Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, that I did from Latvia. Because i couldn't work or find jobs during the stayback period in Latvia (9 months), I came back to India. Tried the UAE, had no luck. Finally got a job in India, but it sucked, so i quit.

I recently came across an opportunity to move to Germany on an unskilled worker visa (warehouse worker) via an agency that directly supplies manpower to the German Employer.

I want to know if i accept this, assume i got to Germany, would it possible to stay in that job and find skilled work (Supply chain, office work) ?

Would that be more effective than directly trying to get an abroad white collar job from India ?

Please don't be racist with me, I've been in Europe before, I love it, and the culture. I'm not one of the Indians that try to bring my indian culture with me.

All opinions are Welcome :)

Resigned without Experience & Relieving Letter

Hi Redditors,

I was working in a company in the Supply Chain. The company had a 2 year bond agreement, because they said they'll extensively train me. Since I was a fresher, I took that opportunity.

Sadly, I did not recieve any specialised training as they said, and the work enviornment turned out to be quite shitty.

I was constantly undervalued, micromanaged, thrown under the bus by my team membsrs and even personally insulted during my time there. I hated going to work everyday, so i decided to quit and start my own business in my hometown.

I resigned without serving the notice period, and since i broke the bond, I can't get experience/relieving certificate. My plan to start the business isn't going exactly as hoped, so I'm looking for better jobs.

I'm 24 now...is my career ruined? I'm panicking now cause i don't know what to do...

If any of you have been in a similar situation, please advice on what to do.
