My experience as a beginner investor and tips

Hi guys, thought I would share my journey so far. Started approx 2 weeks ago and the first step was to choose a site. After doing a ton of research, I choose moo moo cause of their chess approval as well as them allowing me to buy fractions of shares but keep the shares in my name as well as free stocks worth about 80usd. If you are interested in moo moo and how the free stocks work, please pm me.
At first, I bought into any stocks trending on Instagram which was very stupid. Now I use tradeview and moomoo and research online about the stocks I buy. I try to only buy stocks that I can hold in long term considering I am young. For anyone else trying to start their journey, the best possible advice I can give you is this.... 1. Start off with only putting in a fraction of the money you want to put in stocks when you begin. 2. Do not buy immediately after the market opens, wait a bit despite how hard it is. 3..... No matter what, don't invest what you aren't willing to burn

Dm if you want to get into investing and want free stocks worth about 80usd.

Dm if you want to get into investing and want free stocks worth when investing. Worth about 80usd. Serious people only pls. You get 38 stocks each worth 3 dollars usd but at bare minimum around 80usd. You get the stocks for just keeping money in the broker, don't even have to trade.

What is a good long term etf for an 18 year old who is alr into single stocks for AI?

HI everyone, as the title suggest I have already acquired several of the big tech companies and really want to start investing in ETF's but from my research, QQQ is all tech and VOO is now largely tech as well. Any other etf that I could put my money in and look back at a solid 7 ish interest rate in a decade or so? I would prefer if it's relatively stable although now, I've been in the market for a few weeks, I know that nothing really is but as long as my money goes up in the end. Thanks for all the help and support guys.

PS. I think I worded it wrong, I am act looking for a boring etf that isn't just tech, thanks for all the reccs, think I'll go with VT

I'm 18 rn in first year of Uni. I started tutoring for myself a few years ago and now i'm very grateful that the business is going well. However, it is hard to see other students my age partying every night and chilling. I've managed to maintain 90%+ scores in all my uni units so far and also am working 15hrs a week, but my question is, is this worth it? The only logic I've been running with is that I don't know when the business will stop it's rise and so I want to work as hard as I can now, especially after seeing mates struggling to get students themselves, but having good prospects myself. Will all this work really be worth it for me in the future? A few notes... Saved about 20k in HISA, and been paying for my wants like outside food and transport and stuff for the past 2-3 years.
