I don't know when or why they decided to do this, but it's been bugging me ever since i found out. The symbols went from orange (heal) and purple (dmg amp) back to default colors. The same thing happened with every OWL/OWCS skin that had symbols with unique colors. I've made a report, but they don't seem to care.

Her summer skin description says it as well. The reason she's getting the summer skin is because after her immortal weapons death she went on vacation

Leaks are saying Jubilee is coming sometime during season 9. Her powers revolve around her creating explosive plasma. It would be fun to see a team up where Jubilee buffs Widows ult by giving it a new effect or extending the vulnerability effect or even giving her a new ability altogether.
