The only normal people are the one's you don't know very well

-Alfred Adler

I am very insecure cause of things happened during my childhood,

The shame ,fear and all

Will feel self conscious when people watch me while I walk towards or away from them

Always i think what will people think about me while doing anything in a social setup

I always think i developed all these cause of the bullying i faced during my childhood

Are there anyone who are very confident, don't feel shy in an social setup

Can freely friends with people

Isn't helplessness is base of all the sorrow.

we feel sad if we lost our loved once. But the helplessness that we can't do anything about it make it worse

The pain caused by helplessness is more than that the real loss in the hand

Helplessness is the greatest form of sorrow

Sexual desire and attachment

Can anyone surpass sexual desire ,external validation and attachment

Even jung himself couldn't surpass it ,became victim of it and suffered cause of it

In the movie A Dangerous method , we can see that first he inhibits sexual contact with sabina , But lateral part in the movie he himself intiate it

Cries and suffered cause of that relation

Even with all the knowledge about human brain and psychology

Jung also suffered.
