Have not been eating past 4pm, has anyone else done the same thing?

I have started not been eating past 4pm about a week or two ago, and now everytime I eat like in the mornings etc my stomach hurts / feel sick for most of the day before 4pm. Can that eventually lead to malnutrition etc? And has anyone else restricted food past 4pm etc? I will admit I have and am dealing with body dysmorphia.

I'm interested in the psychology of ghosting that stems from emotional overwhelm rather than a lack of interest. Specifically, the cycle where someone feels too stressed to reply, then becomes too embarrassed/ashamed of their silence to reach back out—even with people they care about (partners, parents, etc.).

you like a girl, you wanna do stuff together but life gets overwhelming and you become too stressed over life to respond back, then embarrassment comes when you haven't responded and then shame for ignoring the girl and the cycle continues, what does it usually mean and have you done this, and have you ever broken this cycle and how? Was there still attraction just life issues?
