Anybody wanna go window shopping (I’m broke) for like an hour

Hey guys hope y’all are well.
I’ve been going to a psychiatrist using up money I’ve saved. But I’m running out and I need to get an assessment as well to get a proper diagnosis.
I have severe depression and anxiety, and ocd and other stuff going on and it’s really messing with me.
I can’t get up and take care of myself and that just makes me feel disgusting.
My parents don’t believe in mental health and kind of get angry over that topic. They think everyone is just crazy.
I still want to tell them about this so I can get proper help.
How do I approach them with this topic?

Hey guys I recently had a consultation, and to be able to go on meds, I need to do blood tests for several parameters. It’s a lot of things and also expensive so I’ve been wondering if all psychiatrists make you get tests before being able to prescribe medication?
If anyone has any experience regarding this please let me know. If you got medicated without tests please share your psychiatrist details! Or if you’re a doctor and have knowledge about this!
