Struggling with what to wear to a funeral

My husband’s grandfather passed and we have a double funeral (service and burial are in two different places). I’m planning on picking up a nice linen skirt and top for the burial, as it will probably be hot outside, but I would like to wear something I already own for the service.

Are prints okay? I’m leaning toward this vintage dress and heels, but not sure if the trim and pattern make it inappropriate.

Editing due to a couple comments: I’m not planning an outfit change. The funeral and burial are in different cities, three days apart. I didn’t even think about it reading like this, but I promise I’m not trying to steal the spotlight with some elaborate outfit change.

Professional Garment Dyeing Recommendations

Has anyone had a garment professionally dyed in KC? I have a dress I love, but don’t wear it because of the color. I would like to have it dyed to something else, but don’t trust myself to do it at home.

I looked for dry cleaners that offer the service, but have come up short.
