R&B Genre Mixes You Want To See/See More Of?

I've had this thought when playing around with concepts and character ideas for R&B being mixed in with other genres and i am curious to hear from people here if there is any genres any artists have mixed with R&B in a eclectic style that you would love to see or see more of if you already have come across such examples. Plus as an excuse for anyone who has to give recs

Question For Those Who Have Worked as Trade School Teachers?

I came across this reddit and I got curious to ask people here as a person who went to a trade school for Neurodiverse young adults

I attended one for the county I live in for 2 full school years and a semester and I decided to leave my last year

First off, in the beginning of my last year, I was assigned a job at the front desk to get some job experience but I was poorly prepared and did not do well in the job. For a bit I took the place of a secretary due to her breaking her back in a skiing accident and I was even upped from my initial 2-Day per week to the full 4 days and was even taken out of a class I was taking. When I was pulled aside from my teacher and another staff member to critique how I was doing my job I asked if I could quit but I was essentially forced to because they threatened to change my schedule down to 2 days instead of 4. I ended up being let go because I ended up unknowingly breaking a rule that I wasn't properly explained on how to follow it. Also I never got paid for that job either and blamed me for it because I "didn't have a conversation with my mother" when I did and she didn't want me to take it because it wasn't in my IEP and I didn't even have my GED completed yet (I got pulled out of public school in 8th grade)

The last incident that ended up making me decide to leave was when I was harshly punished because I didn't follow a instruction that I was not told what to do. Basically what happened was something I said got back to another student and it made her upset. I don't know what it was but I was told it wasn't something I told her directly. They told me to "let it cool off" when they actually meant "Don't talk to her at all". See I'm Autistic and I don't always pick up on social cues so of course I only understood it as "let it cool off for a few hours" which I did and I texted her once later that day and apologized for whatever it was. Apparently that upset her and the following week I was pulled in and basically accused of not caring about what I was told and that I did it anyways when I didn't even get any proper explanation on what to do. If they outright told me to not even send her one apology text I would have gotten it and nothing would have happened. In my opinion it was their own failure for not properly explaining things to me and as staff for a trade school for Disabled and Neurodiverse young adults they should know that

And one last tidbit I'll add is that this place advertises itself as a "Safe Space for LGBT students" and even had an LGBT club which I was in. But a new friend I made my last year came out as trans and even though one of the teachers who is a leader of the LGBT club told me staff was informed, my friend was constantly misgendered and deadnamed by staff members even after correcting them. Apparently it was to "teach her how to stand up for herself" but that puts all the burden on her shoulders when it should also be (in my opinion) shared by staff members to address her properly, especially as a school that prides itself on being a "Safe Space". Plus my best friend who I made the previous year is Trans himself and all the staff addressed him by his preferred name and pronouns

So what is your opinion here? Now I'm not saying I was perfect and didn't do anything wrong but that last year really left me mentally and emotionally scarred and I was wondering what other teachers here though of how the staff conducted themselves here cause I really would like to know
