Alettone Covers

I really like using an Alettone cover for my A6, because it keeps all my supplies secure, and it feels less bulky than the butterfly closure ones. I don’t see a lot of other folks mentioning them in the 2027 posts here, and was wondering if there was an aspect I was missing?

Excessive

I have a standard size for planning, and a passport size as my wallet. These are never leaving my side, they are my Emotional Support TN’s, if you will.

Today, I set up another standard, with blank notebooks for just writing.

Can I reasonably carry all 3 with me back and forth to work (Monday-Friday 8 -5 walking commute), without looking completely nuts?

Standard size + Hobo Weeks

I’ve decided that this combo is going to work for me, but my question is, do you put your weeks in a cover, or do you just put it in plain? I’m going to fix mine so I can just pull it out to write in, and I have TC pouches for my stickers and supplies, but I want to keep it all in one place. Thoughts?

Stuck in another town

I was attending a festival in the next town over, today. I took an Uber, and was to meet friends later. For the 1st time ever, I left my phone in the driver’s car. I was stuck, by myself in another town. Tried to use my Apple Watch to send a text to my daughter, but watches don’t work without a phone..
THANKFULLY, the driver was an honest person. Since I hadn’t left the spot where she had dropped me off, she returned my phone.

Going forward, I’m writing phone numbers down and keeping them in my wallet. I go a lot of places on my own, I don’t want to be that scared again!

Reward System

I have a question for the hive mind. My apartment is abysmal, filled with clutter and trash. I’m not all that hygienic myself, to be honest. So..
I bought myself an air fryer as a reward for cleaning my kitchen. I bought a new mattress pad and sheets to reward myself for showering every night. I can put in a maintenance request for my broken air conditioner if I get the apartment cleaned up…
Has anyone had success with this? Just curious on your thoughts. Haven’t done any of it yet, by the way, still just staring at the chaos..
