This is in an unused tank where I kept some hornwort I collected naturally growing outdoors. The ones I placed in my used aquarium were thoroughly washed but the ones here are unwashed and I noticed this snail + other smaller ones (likely children). What are these and are they safe with fish? I kept them in here because I assume they could probably carry disease

I tried making a part/museum type base. It’s the first base I put actually effort in. I don’t mind if people visit or make more bases
