Boredom eating
i find myself always thinking about my next meal my next snack when im on a caloric deficit and yes before u ask its a sustainable one i just always make my day around food, however, i find when im busy like if im with my friends or like its exam season right now so i literally go 6 hours without eating without even thinking about it at all and thats when i realize like i wasnt hungry at all tgese 6 hours ( went to school 2 hours before exam then the exam was 3 hours ) not once have i thought of food something was distracting me, also when i go shopping or when im watching a tv series. however u might ask then why are u not doing this stuff to distract you im currently stuck at home because of studyung and its not enough to distarcr me and im not leaving the house so i cant bave walks or anything i find tge days i have exams or even the days i used to go workout in that would take 2 houes of my day free from any eatjng. if u understand what i mean and have any tips please help.
