I get this weird audio pop anytime an app opens. Any ideas?

Currently have an rp6 but something’s missing. It does everything and more and currently running switch insanely smooth on sudachi. I really like the look and the larger size of the 477m over the nova but am concerned that the lack of adreno will limit me. I also have a modded switch at home and am willing to sell my rp6 to cover the cost of a 4:3 device, so losing the 16:9 display isn’t my issue.

I know I know, the millionth post about it, I had a portal a couple years ago at this point, but hated the button noise. Got rid of and settled on the konkr pocket fit but just wasn’t overall impressed with it. Currently have a modded switch for those games as I got tired of dealing with constantly tweaking most games. Now I’m in the market for either an Odin again being that there are fixes for the buttons. I’d really prefer more ram out of the pocket 6 but am concerned about screen size, the one thing that would help is the fact that the screen is oled and bright. Ufs4 vs 3.1 is a difference but I’m not sure if it’s truly going to be noticeable. Being able to play my pc games isn’t that much of a deal for me as there are only a couple that I’d want to play mobile anyway and are generally light weight. So I’m stuck, not sure what to do, never owned a Retroid product if that helps.

So I ordered a base shipped to my door $315 direct from Ayn, was able to find a max for $445 plus tax. Is the max really necessary? I already have a 512gb micro sd but could sell it being that it’s sealed and just use the 1tb storage on the max. Is the $185 premium over the base at this point worth while?
