Is this wisdom teeth or something else

On one half of my mouth Theres a spot with like small bumps of teeth, not full teeth. Other half of my mouth doesnt have it. Normally doesnt hurt, only hurts if I touch it. Sorry if I explained bad, couldn’t figure out how to get a photo
