Hey I recently got my car back from the body shop and my memory seating is not saved or is reseted! Do y’all know why this may have happened?

Hey so a week ago I was involved in an accident with a 18 wheeler! I filed a claim and been speaking with multiple parties pertaining to the claim. I haven’t heard back from either of the parties since like a few days ago!

Has anyone gone through a claim like this particularly a trucking accident claim? If so is this normal far as the communication?!
