I’m new to cairns. I got the 111 bus from Tobruk swimming pool to cairns central and we didn’t have to pay. I didn’t have time to ask why it was free. Is this normal here? Thanks!

Is this dehumidifier (Ausclimate Compact 12L) suitable for a small 1 bedroom flat? Washing won’t dry and mould starting to appear inside. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
