I specify injections just because pumps are a whole new world to me with which I have no experience. If there is transferrable advice from pump-users then please don't hesitate.

What is your system for keeping your blood sugar level as an evening runner? Currently I eat my evening meal with reduced insulin and then run after. However, in that window between eating and running where I'm waiting for my food to digest (nobody wants to run with a full stomach) my blood creeps up because I've done less insulin. By the time I'm ready to run I'm higher than I'd like to be. If I do my regular dose (as if I weren't running) I'm then lower than I'd like to be before exercise. Splitting the difference seems to be the obvious answer, but it doesn't work for me and I just end up higher than I'd like before running.

Are there any runners on injections who successfully stay in-range before, during and after their run who can give some advice?

I've had more luck running before breakfast but this is not currently an option for me and I'm looking for advice from evening runners.

10 minutes where I'm taught how to have a conversation. I've been talking to people my whole life. Did I know I was supposed to look at someone when they spoke to me? Yes, actually, I've been doing that for quite some time.

Next module is on how to wipe our arses.
