I just finished watching The West Wing for the first time.

This show has been on my watchlist for years. I'm a fan of Sorkin's work, and after watching The Newsroom I knew I wanted to watch this series as well. I put it off for a long time simply because a seven season show with 20+ episodes per season is a heck of a time commitment. I really wish I'd gotten around to it sooner, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

For whatever reason I find myself feeling about The West Wing in a similar way to how I feel about Star Trek: The Next Generation. Both are ensemble shows that feature a more than capable cast. Both shows could be described as competency porn. Watching people who are driven by ideology, working at the top of their game, relying on and trusting one another, and coming together to achieve a common goal. And they're both sort of gentle shows as well. The kind of thing I know I'm going to re-watch before I've even finished it.

It's sort of depressing. I've been watching this for the past couple of months, and this feels the same way as when I finish re-watching a show I love, or a series of books I've read countless times before. I already miss watching it, it's like saying goodbye to a friend I won't see again for some time. The second reason I have bittersweet feelings about finishing is the juxtaposition between fantasy and reality. Seeing Sorkin's idealized version of a Presidential administration, seeing people at their best, President Bartlet who genuinely wants to do good, who is more than capable of the job and exudes intelligence and leadership and compassion was fantastic. Watching this show, then reading the news and comparing that to the reality of current American politics is almost cruel. I can't help myself from imagining what the Bartlet administration would say if they could see what the real world US government has become.

I really, really loved this show. I'm happy Josh and Donna got together, I'm extremely sad about Leo, especially considering his ending paralleled the real life death of John Spencer. I'm happy CJ found her happiness in the end, though I was secretly hoping Santos was going to offer her VP. I'm so glad President Bartlet pardoned Toby, and I respected Toby a lot after he refused to tarnish his brothers legacy to save himself jail time. I greatly preferred seasons 1-4 to the final three, and I wish the last season in particular wasn't so focused on the campaign, I just wanted to see Bartlet be Bartlet as much as I could before things ended.

All things considered I had a great time watching. I'll definitely be re-watching at some point. 9/10.

Best third support to focus on? I primarily play Juno with some Illari.

As the title says I'm wondering who my third support should be. I came back to Overwatch during season one after a very long break from the game, I basically skipped the entirety of Overwatch 2. I was a Dva main, and just a tank main in general during OW1, but I don't relish the aspect of solo tanking so I've been focusing on support since my return. I played a few games on all the supports, new and old, and enjoyed playing Juno and Illari the most, and Kiri was a fun third place. Kiri was sort of a hero I was still learning, she's only a level 25 right now, and I hadn't really folded her into my ranked rotation yet. After her teleport nerf, and now the news of her suzu nerf, I wonder if it wouldn't be better to just abandon the idea of playing her and picking up someone else.

I was very flexible in OW1 and I played a good amount of support despite being a tank main. Obviously I played a good amount of Lucio and Mercy like pretty much everyone as they were both meta for years, and also a healthy amount on Brig and Moira. (I don't think I want to actively play Moira, she's more like a this really isn't working out let me swap to her and spam orbs at people kind of a pick) I know Ana and Zen are both strong picks but despite all the OW1 I played I never really enjoyed playing either of them. The lack of any sort of movement on them always threw me off, as I like to have mobility on support. Even characters like Brig and Bap have at least a small escape when they need it.

I guess I'm asking for suggestions on which support would compliment Juno and Illari. I'm currently Masters 3 on support basically two tricking them. Should I just start playing one of the four supports I played in OW1? Juno is very much a jack of all trades, mid range support. Illari is high damage and also needs to be fairly close to get healing value. Ironically I think a longer range support like Zen or Ana would probably be best, but for the life of me I just never really have fun when playing either one of those heroes. Maybe Bap for another damage option? Or maybe Brig or Mizuki or Lucio for an AoE option? I really don't know who to play. I was set these past couple of months on focusing on Kiri, but based on her nerfs I really don't know if I should even bother anymore.

Thanks in advanced for any advice.

I've always wanted a feature like this, but with the addition of mythic weapon skins I think it will probably never happen. Specifically Juno and Rein. I love Juno's default weapon skin. It's so clean and simple, and it looks like a futuristic weapon that a person from Mars would have. I wish I could just use her default weapon, regardless of what skin I'm using. She has a lot of skins that I really like, but because I prefer seeing the default weapon which looks great with the Galactic variant, I tend to just use her default skin, or more specifically one of its recolors. With Rein I love the way his hammer looks as an axe with his Blackhardt, Bloodhardt, and Steelhardt skins, but the skins themselves are fairly bland. I'd love to use the axe from those skins, but with any of his other skins.

Is this even worth submitting as feedback or am I just doing some wishful thinking?
