Win 11 with all latest updates

MakeMKV v1.18.3 with VLC checked on Integration tab

I have tried many routes, this is where I have ended up. But still not working on 2 PCs. 1 is a Dell laptop, one is a home-built tower

Weird: I can play DVDs on the Dell, but not on the homebuilt. No Blu-ray on either. Both worked perfectly on both machines when OS was Win10

Where do I go from here, other than Linux? (which is a possibility)

I am not interested in playing with this, AVs are too complicated, and I do not have the time or interest to play with it.

But for others information and feedback so maybe they can avoid or fix: Win11: qbittorrent started getting quarantined today, out of the blue, even though it has been running constantly along with Malwarebytes. No update to qbt, Malwarebytes was set to auto-update, so that may be the source of the problem. There may be a correlation to moving files between disks, but that is not certain.

Even after restoring qbt and adding to allowed list, and rebooting, it kept getting quarantined multiple times.

Does anyone know if Mullvad added a new tranche of IPs that are on some security providers naughty list? Or is there a security provider that has taken a sudden dislike to Mullvad? I mostly use servers on the East coast of North America

What can I do to fix or avoid this?
