Kind of crafty, but wanted to pick brain on Hebrew (I'm not fluent) and ideas to repurpose

I have this stainless platter or plate I was gifted in a judaica giveaway. I recognize the shabbat and kodesh/kadosh (how do you know without the "vowels"?), but I'm not sure about the first word. Anyone help?

I don't see any residue that might indicate there used to be an insert, but I've seen some rounds with a cutting board or other material in the center. So far, I'm just using it as decoration.

Raspberry filled doughnuts are so delicious- only prep is thawing in fridge

These are so good. I kept having "just 2" until they were gone. I'm going to buy more. The filling is sweet and tart. Yum.

Fox News is advertising banking soda and lemon juice as a weightloss treatment in ads for meowdoku. What could be the point?

So, I like the zen of Sudoku, logic puzzles, jigsaw puzzles, etc. I found a game called meowdoku that's a variant of Sudoku. I've screen shot the video ad, but there's at least 5 variations of this. When I try to close the ad, it redirects to an article on the topic, with Today show letterhead.

What could be the point?

Updated voting cards arrived at our house, and our polling station has changed- curious if this could be due to political reasons, like shutting down voting sites

I've been reading about the NC politicians attempting to disenfranchise voters by closing voting sites, and I'm wondering whether that's been seen in Raleigh yet.

I just opened mail from the Wake County board of elections and there have been changes. This new card was issued 6-28-26. I have my 2012 card handy. I don't remendar having any new cards in between.

I'm not sure if others are getting new cards also, or if I'm just in a group of people impacted by some innocent thing, like a building being unavailable.

Now that party city is gone, where should I go to shop for party decorations?

I'm aware that dollar tree has disposable food containers and table covers, but decorations there are hit or miss. Michael's has an OK selection for bridal stuff. What about kid interests? I want to avoid Amazon.

Preparing for next event?

So, what plants are you growing in preparing for the next event?

My go to usually are tomatoes, coconuts, corn, strawberries because they grow fast and mutate easily. I also have beanstalk and sugar apple. I don't remember the summer harvest event last year so I'm not sure what to plant.

I have my main mutation pets ready

Log in issues?

I've been banking my points and yesterday it asked me to log back in. I tried to, but it said the app violated Google policy. This can't be a "just me" thing, right?

career change-need advice on who to speak to

I'm 46 and have a PhD in a subtype of biology with additional experience as a medical writer. I left the lab because of physical limitations and lasted a year at a remote medical writing job before I had to take FMLA. I'm looking to shift gears but I've only ever worked a lab job (and a year writing).

Who should I be talking to at this point? I am not above additional training.

Obviously I'd need to keep EDS restrictions in mind. I'm not sure I'd be able to manage full time, but that's so job dependent.

Thanks in advance!

Anyone still doing dungeon? Still haven't gone past 75 with 4 person team-get to 50s alone usually

It's harder to get a team since it's not the newer event without trying to coordinate. Is anyone still trying to beat the dungeon? The highest my various friends got was 75. Looking for a team that can try, or if anyone has a particularly strong setup, let's play.

Eating veggies and fruits

My daughter and I will be visiting in a couple weeks with a school organized trip. One of the chaperones mentioned not eating fruit unless you can peel it, but it was a very casual thing said in passing. I know we will be using bottled water or filtered water, but do we need to be concerned with produce? What about other foods that would be washed? I'm not a germaphobe, but I don't want to get sick. I also don't want to be eating only protein and grains.
