First time with Inito - needing advice
Hi! It’s my first time using inito and i’m hoping to get some help on reading my chart. It’s my understanding that I’m about to ovulate?
Reason why i’m on CD 52 is because last month i had an anovulatory cycle (i think). It was weird because I was using strips and saw an LH surge and then a PdG rise but no bleed. Anyways, that’s why I got inito. Currently second cycle after getting off bc pill. (13 years on it with endo, i’m 30 y/o ttc)
All that said - we baby danced the first day of surge and I’m wondering if we should do it more since it’s still surging? Or has my window already closed?

i stopped birth control late june and had my withdrawal bleed day 2-6 after i stopped taking the pill. on CD 27 i had my LH surge and figured i ovulated on CD 28 or 29 based on symptoms. i then spotted (brown old blood only when wiping) on CD 35-38. then the spotting completely went away. this was also when my PdG rose. PdG went up on CD 35 and progesterone rise was fully positive (easy@home) starting on CD 36. i am now on CD 44 and my PdG is still up. i’m so confused because all of my tests are negative when i take HCG/FRER.
has this happened to anyone else when coming off birth control? i was taking it for 13 years and i also have suspected endo.
wondering if this is semi normal or if i should reach out to my obgyn.

25 classes! lower back pain
just hit 25 classes this morning in 8 weeks! feeling very proud of myself and feeling stronger with every class.
i have noticed lately that i’ve got this residual lower back pain. i notice it more when we do any sort of core/oblique work on the handle bars & kinda just oblique work in general (twisted extension/twisted crunch). i’m wondering if i should just stop doing the oblique work overall? or if there are mods i can make for these exercises? i told my coach this morning and he basically just told me to lower the spring load but no other mods.
open to hearing back from others that may experience this what they did. thx!
