Need gift ideas for someone going through a really hard time

I don’t want to get them something overly cheerful or fake positive, but I also don’t want the gift to feel depressing. Just something comforting, thoughtful, and genuinely supportive without making it feel like a “pity gift” What gifts actually helped or comforted you during difficult periods in life?

Anyone else’s first welds look absolutely terrible?

Started learning recently and my beads look like melted bird poop half the time

I knew there’d be a learning curve, but it’s humbling seeing how much consistency matters.

At what point did things start feeling more natural for you?

Coming from a 2018 Civic Si so I wasn't sure what to expect. Different vibe completely. The Si felt sporty in an obvious, loud way. The 3 Turbo is quieter about it - interior feels genuinely premium, ride is way more composed, but push it a little and it's properly fast for what it is. The torque in Sport mode caught me off guard the first time

Only gripe so far is the infotainment. The no-touchscreen thing takes getting used to and the commander knob placement still feels slightly awkward. Getting there though

Anyone else come from a Honda and make this switch? Curious how long the adjustment took
