I know it just opened but I’m trying to be understanding … I’ve been here for 3 days now and service is slow, you could be waiting for drinks or food a very long time. housekeeping do not turn up and you’d be lucky to have your room cleaned once a day. my room was dirty on check in. very disappointed and won’t be back. IMO doesn’t feel 5*.

hi! new to this. just booked Ikos Olivia for my partner and 2.5 year old daughter but now I’m worried that theres not enough for her to do. looks like there’s a baby creche that’s chargeable and an older kids club that’s free. I don’t want to leave her in the crèche but I guess I’m not allowed to stay with her? and she won’t be able to stay in the older club either. anyone been with a toddler and have advice? thanks!
