My fear for interview prevents me from getting a job

Could you please tell me how do i get better? I just quit my job of 8 yrs due to burnout (worked in warehouse operations, distribution and receiving) and now looking tirelessly for a new one. I had recently got an interview and OMG it was so embarrassing. I was sweating profusely, stuttering, shaking both my body and voice and then blank out. i think this is what my previous job caused me, I lost my confidence and self esteem. That even when I talk on the phone with a customer agent my voice shakes like im about to cry. I feel like i would pass out. I have a really good work experience but my anxiety prevents me from selling myself, also an introvert. Not to discriminate or anything, I am considering low/minimum wage jobs as i think the questions would be simple.

Selling books from littlefreelibrary

Idk if this a big deal or not but I just stumbled on Marketplace the books that I put in the Little Free Library just 2 weeks ago selling for $10 for 2. Also looked at her previous listings and saw my whole set of books that i placed years ago sold for $20. Just wow, i know you can do wtv you want once you took it and life is hard out there but this?
I know technically once you put something in there, you’re giving it away. I’m not expecting to keep tabs on where every book ends up, and I genuinely don’t care if someone takes them home and reads them, gives them to a friend, donates them again, whatever. That’s literally the point of a Little Free Library and not making profit out of it.

maybe I’m overreacting, but seeing this genuinely bummed me out. Just beware.

Looking to quit my job for 9yrs

I need help on quitting my job, I’m in logistics. This is my second job ever and I am so burnout. Conflict with coworker, low wage, too many responsibilities, a very toxic environment and feel like a reliever most of the time. I don’t have a back up plan and I’m not financially stable either but my resume is almost done. In a week or so i will start sending out my resume. I have like 13 paid vacation left, can i use it for my 2 weeks notice? If there would be an exit interview, what will i say? My boss is a really nice person, i know he will try to persuade me and no i’m not telling him my problems (he’s problem is having a favouritism and being not fair).
Anyone please give me some advice to have courage to do it or wtv coz I just can’t take it anymore. I’m exhausted pretending and faking a smile everyday.
