Today is day 2 and I took my first shot of .25 mg. Today I’ve noticed sharp pain in my stomach. It doesn’t have a localized spot sometimes on one side another time on the other. I think maybe gas but I’m not sure ? Is this normal for anyone else day two or in the first week? It’s like I have only had these pains before when I had the stomach flu or norovirus they didn’t last long. Before this I’ve never been a super gassy or IBS person so I’m new to the game. TIA

I asked my doctor about starting and he was saying I wouldn’t get approved and I told him I was already approved and and the vial. I got it from fifty410 which is recommended in this sub by some people,

I don’t know if my doctor was trying to scare me he was saying that compounded pharmacy’s are not safe and he saw someone 8 months ago that was in the hospital after taking a compounded glp1 and it was actually 100x the dose he thought he was taking. His stomach was paralyzed. How often does this happen and should I be worried ?

I am starting my Tirz next week going to me micro dosing ( don’t know the dose yet ) but want to preserve muscle so I’m also starting creatine should I start them both at the same time or no? TIA

How many calories is everyone eating. I want to eat around 1500 a day to be able to keep muscle because I am primarily trying to be a lean muscle mommy. I want to know how it’s going for everyone ? Does everyone eat like the calories of a toddler or are people hitting macros and cals easily

I was thinking of starting at .5 then maybe going up to 1mg if needed of Tirz

Athletic and I work out but I am just struggling with food noise and sweet tooth

I don’t want to be fat skinny so I’m going to keep lifting 4+ days a week and getting in 10k steps, I’m hoping this will help me fine tune some of my hard to beat habits that are keeping me from my goal.

I was also worried about losing too much muscle so I was thinking of adding creatine eventually

I was looking at the sodas and restaurants and just wanted to know what is the alcohol situation like ? I like ciders and fruity drinks along with the occasional cocktail. Tell me the best local drinks and favorites along with what other things they have that maybe an American wouldn’t recognize or expect
