Honest question. Has any AI chat app ever made you delete a dating app?

Not as a joke. Genuinely. Did you get to a point where the AI gave you enough of what you were looking for that you stopped swiping? Because I caught myself almost doing it last week and I need to know if that's a red flag or just the logical conclusion of where this tech is going.

Tried organic growth for months. Is buying Facebook likes actually worth it for small pages?

Been running a small Facebook page for a few months now and honestly the early stage is brutal. Everyone always says just make good content and stay consistent and I get that, but when your page is tiny it feels like nobody even sees your posts in the first place. Sometimes I’ll post something I genuinely think is solid and it just dies with barely any likes or comments.

One thing I’ve noticed though is that posts with even a little engagement already on them seem to perform better. Maybe it’s just psychology, but people seem way more likely to interact when a post doesn’t look completely empty. I catch myself doing the same thing when scrolling sometimes.

So I started wondering if giving posts a tiny push early on actually helps with getting more organic engagement afterward. I’m not talking about buying thousands of fake likes or anything crazy just enough activity so the page looks alive and people feel more comfortable interacting with it.

The issue is most sites selling engagement look sketchy as hell. Every review section is full of people complaining about bots, disappearing likes, or dead accounts.

Has anyone here actually tested this with a smaller page? Did small amounts of paid engagement help at all, or was it basically a waste of money?

I’m the founder of an early-stage SaaS. For the last 14 months I’ve been using Folk and I think we’re starting to outgrow the tool. I love the UX so much. Felt like the answer to everything I hate about Salesforce. I have been recommending it to every founder in the 0-10 customer stage. Tragically, I’m starting to run into walls with Folk. I’m looking for a power-user version of this CRM that can handle more complexity but maintains the clean UX.

Folk is great for contact enrichment. The multi-workspace views are great for keeping different relationship types separated. The thing is, I’m now tracking several distinct pipeline types including a partnership track. Each pipeline has different stages and custom fields. Plus different logic. With one pipeline, Folk works exceptionally well. With more than one it’s starting to get wonky.

I want relational data where a company record can have child records for multiple contacts, each with their own interaction history. I want a linked deal that rolls up to the company. And I need conditional fields so that if it’s a partnership deal, different fields will appear than if it’s a new logo for example. As of now, everything is one flat list of properties on every record. It’s messy

Another thing I need is computed fields and rollups, so I can have a company record show me the entire pipeline value and number of open deals. I want this to be pulled automatically. Finally, I’m looking for automation with branching logic. Like if/then trees, delays, conditional branches based on field values, etc. Folk’s automation is intentionally lightweight. This was perfect starting out. Now, it’s become a bottleneck.

The main alternative I’m looking at is Attio. I’m skeptical if it can do what I need it to do but I’d like to hear from others who use it. Also considering just building out something in airtable.

If you’ve moved from Folk to another CRM, what did you land on? Was the switch worth it?
