This may sound silly but I’m sure others have experienced this. The fact that “assistant” is in the job title almost enrages me. Every single time one of my friends or family members brings up my job, they almost always downplay what I do. I constantly have people in my life thinking I’m a personal assistant, secretary, coffee runner. My brother even said to me last week “it’s a job that anyone can do even though I’m sure it’s stressful”……… These people have literally no idea what this job entails just because they stop at the word “assistant” and it’s so degrading. I genuinely think I’m going to start telling people I’m a partner or operational manager or something. Because let’s face it, we basically are

Not necessarily looking for a water park or anything. Would occasionally like a place to go for a dip this summer that isn’t necessarily tailored towards kiddos. I guess my best bet would probably be some kind of gym membership, but who has the best outdoor pool?
