Is it true that a re-release of the Tooth Fairy 2026 set is being prepared and that it will be different from the first, original one?

Is it possible to obtain a Certificate of Authenticity from the Mint for the pre owned coin set purchased without it?
It’s a quite expensive set but seller is offering a good price. Is it worth buying it without CoA?

What was the real point of shifting sellers to Pro Starter label (eBay Australia)?
As a buyer would you rather purchase from Pro seller or from “free selling” seller and accept paying extra fees…?
Well, the fee would probably be included in “pro seller’s” price…
