Are there any highly skilled players these days who still play the vanilla version of Devil May Cry 3, or who play it on PS4 or PS5? I'd love to watch someone pull off insane combos using the vanilla gameplay. Does anyone know of any players or channels where I can watch that kind of gameplay? Thank!
I know this might sound like a strange question, and I apologize if it comes across that way, but I’m someone who really enjoys watching high level gameplay videos and skilled stealth runs. Since I primarily play on PlayStation, I’d also love to see that kind of gameplay coming from PlayStation players.
The problem is that I rarely seem to find anyone playing Dishonored on PlayStation with a controller at a really impressive level. Has anyone managed it, or are there any channels you’d recommend? Or is it simply much harder to achieve on console?
I’m not saying it has to be on the same level as top PC players. You know what I mean, though. Just clean gameplay, staying undetected, and showing strong mastery of the mechanics. Most of the videos I come across are either from newer players or from highly skilled PC players.
A big reason I’m asking is that I’d like to see whether anyone has managed to overcome the limitations of the console versions, especially the 30 FPS cap and the relatively low field of view. I’m curious if there are any examples that could show what’s really possible on PS4 or PS5.
Of course, this is just a casual discussion since the studio hasn’t announced anything yet. I’m mainly interested in hearing everyone’s thoughts and speculation. Do you think this game will get DLC, or will it deliver a complete story and experience without needing any expansions at all?

The reason I’m wondering is that I don’t see any Expansion Pass included with the Deluxe Edition. That makes me think the game might not have any DLC planned for the future, and that the base game could already be intended as a complete experience on its own.

I’d like to know how well the game runs on PlayStation 5, and whether getting 100% of the trophies is considered overly difficult. I’m also curious about how the 30 FPS feels in practice. Does it cause motion sickness or discomfort, and is it comfortable enough to play all the way through to 100% completion without feeling dizzy?

I used to play this game on PS5 back in 2024, and at the time I ran into bugs that made some collectibles impossible to obtain, and some side quests couldn’t be completed either. That’s why I ended up giving up back then and just finished the main story.
My question is: have those issues been fixed now? Is it worth coming back to go for the Platinum trophy? Thanks.
