I paid for two domains on GoDaddy and I received no email or any confirmation. I had to check my whole page to see a tiny 'pending' order in my account settings and it didnt even acknowledge any payment initiated by me. There was an option to cancel but I did not click it. No phone or chat customer support but I managed to get through whatsapp support. Whatsapp support asked to login to my account and then the order was mysteriously CANCELLED ( he obviously did it) and I got an email confirming account changes. I called him out on it and he said the payment was declined from my side, and he did not cancel the order etc just lied through his teeth.

He said if I do not get a refund within 24 hours thats my banks problem even though I have all the proofs that the money actually reached into Godaddys account. I know this website is embroiled in a lot of controversies but straight up fraud and scams??. Should I lodge a report with the authorities if the money isnt refunded??.

I (26F) matched with a (29M) guy a three days ago and since then, the conversation has moved to Whatsapp. Even on Hinge, he was asking if he could call me around 11pm at night, which is super late and I ignored it. Then after we moved to whatsapp, he again called me around 10pm and he was a charming, albeit straightforward guy. The conversation was nice but he asked if we could switch to video call, which again irritated me but I made some excuse and that was that. We planned to meet on Monday but my weekend opened up and I asked him over chat if he would like to meet sooner. He texted me that he is out of delhi and "lets get on a call tonight to figure this out". It felt like how a manager would text you about work related discussion. Whats there to have a long conversation about? You are either available or not. And why always late at night when we have to go to sleep?.

I have anxiety so these calls and especially the prospects of video calls makes me anxious, but I dont know how to communicate this to him without seeming weird or suspicious. I am verified on hinge so I am not a catfish but I think it will still seem weird and silly to him. Thoughts?

So about two months ago I went swimming and got a lot of chlorine build up in my eyes ( or maybe the pool wasnt as hygienic) and I got diagnosed with Meibomitis and prescribed antibiotic eye drops for a month. After the treatment, the symptoms came back after a week and I went to the doctor again. He gave me a steroid called Moxisurge D and other eye drops for another month but didnt elaborate on why the treatment was taking so long.

After two weeks, today I went to a free eye checkup camp and the doctor told me my eye pressure came back in the 30s ( air puff machine) and that the steroid caused it. He got me quite scared because he told me a whole range of expensive tests and that he will " try" to bring it down with eye drops. I went to my original doctor for an explanation and he said he didnt check my eye pressure because it wasnt needed for my condition and my eye pressure rising was a "rare" case. He conducted his own eye pressure tests and said my eye pressure was 24 and that it fluctuates constantly. He gave me eye drops to reduce pressure and told me to come again after 10 days.

Now, the doctor never told me the eye drops had steroid or I would never take it. I felt it was quite irresponsible to not see my eye pressure before prescribing me something that could damage my eye or ask my family history. My grandma has glaucoma so family history exists. I dont want to take these new drops because I feel the eye pressure may reduce naturally now that I have stopped the steroid and I dont want more side effects from serious medications like this when I am in my 20s. My vision has always been perfect otherwise. Thoughts?
