New trailer with a water leak missed during inspection

We have a leak on the rear corner of our 2021 camper that’s creaked some soft spots. The seller is willing to cover the cost of repairs, the camper is in great shape otherwise and we got it for below market value. Any idea what a mobile rv mechanic would bill for this?

Fixing a roof leak

Picked up our first camper and found a spot of water intrusion. I contacted a mobile repair man but just wondering on how much to expect a repair like this to run

There’s a small soft spot on the roof and a bit of water damage to the interior luan.

Lovely town yall have thanks for having us

Just left town after visiting from Knoxville, Tennessee. What a lovely town you all have. Everyone’s been so nice, the food fantastic and the vibes were high. I can see why so many enjoy Cape Cod during the summer.

Cheers!

Cloudy pool

Pool has been opened about 3 weeks, a warm dry winter gave us a pretty dark green algae load.

Since then I’ve shocked it and gotten the levels in range. Ph 7.6, FC 5, cya 50, calcium 300, TA 90

I’ve added DE media to the intake and fine mesh filter socks. I’m having steady improvement it’s just taken a lot longer than it did last year but we’ve only been in this house about 2 years and it’s my second time opening it. Should I consider changing the filter sand?

Are the numerous generic options from 350 on Amazon to 500 on DiscountSaltPools any good? I think ours is going out. The salinity is vastly different than what it’s reading
