Don’t know where to start and can’t even edit my nose to see what I would somehow look like

Hi! First time posting here, I am M my current routine is cleansing twice daily, then I use clindamycin
After cleansing and I just starting using 6% niacinamide combined with Azelaic acid and then spf
In the pm I cleanse and then use 1 percent retinol oil from the ordinary (after I have been using adaplane for 2 months) since I added the new retinol, and the niacinamide combined with the azelaic acid, I haven’t noticed any bad stuff or irritation, this is what my skin looks like now, (3 days apart) These are pics of the specific products I use. (My nose has thick oily skin while my cheeks are sometimes dry)
