First go at this

First go at this , it's been a learning journey.

Any tips or advice going forward?

Used cheap multiplex as backboard

Sls drilled in the concrete bricks w plugs and 12cm construction screws ( holy s**t I underestimated the bricks).

Just got some hardwood ply board (multiplex it's called over here in central Europe) cut in strips of 4.5 inches or 11cm.

I ran thea through the table saw to end up with 2 pieces of with 45°.

Using spacers to make sure they stay lvl and have same spacing.

First workbench

Not perfect by any means.

The diagonal is 0.5cm off on 200 cm but its level

But still fairly happy with it 😁 basically the first thing I build apart from some chicken coops :p

Screws could be neater as well but I don't mind too much for a workbench.

Next project will be a mobile miter saw station I think 🤔

Points of critique are appreciated

Roughly I think around 80-100 euro's in materials

70*200 and about 80 high I think.

If I could go back I would make it 60wide I think and slightly lower so I could put wheels on it.

Help w Coop ventilation

Hi all,

So I am building a new coop.

That entire open triangle would that be too much ventilation ( winter etc) ?
